I frequently get emails and Facebook messages asking for tips on my newborn setup. Since I so enjoyed looking at pull back shots when I was first learning, I thought I’d share a little bit of the love and do a pull back blog post from my latest session.
This was a very tight space, so it’s not quite as ‘pulled back’ as I would like, but you get the idea 🙂 I shoot 100% on-location with natural light, so I sometimes have to squeeze into some very tight corners to find the best light. This particular apartment completely gorgeous (and literally RIGHT next to the beach) with lovely natural light.
Please feel free to post questions (if you have them!) in the comments and I’ll be happy to answer them. Hope this helps some of you budding newborn photographers out there.
And resulting shot (what a cutie!!) –
